Loni possesses a pair of delicate wings, both semi-translucent and iridescent, similar to the Blushing Phantom Butterfly. These wings allow them to fly and maneuver quite easily, and can be hidden at will.

As with most fae, forming a contract with Loni can be a potentially devastating thing. Any contract will be sealed to the letter, and if one isn't careful, could extend long past the expiry of the mortal contract holder.

Loni is particularly versed in the power and use of true names. As such, they will both try to learn the names of others and protect their own - indeed, even the given name of Dubhshláine is something of a pseudonym they were given, many years ago.

If in possession of someone's true name (effectively, the name in the character's heart - ie a given name for a normal cis-person or a chosen name for a transperson, etc; this can be as complex as not), Loni can use that name to affect them physically or mentally. The limits of this are basically set by someone's mental resistances, and can typically range from fluctuations of mood to influencing wants and whims to their preference.

Loni is capable of crafting illusions based on the minds and thoughts of others, though their control over just what a person sees is somewhat limited. They can define what sort of illusion it will be - positive, neutral, or negative - and how many instances there are, but other than the shadows of these illusions in location, they can't make out much of them unless privy to knowledge of just what is being looked at. Additionally, Loni can create illusions of fae-kind and beasts from their own home, which are fully interactable but ultimately unable to actually affect the real world.

Loni isn't like to ship, as they are a fae of whimsy and suspicion, but it's not unreasonable that something might develop - nor that they could cultivate what seems like an attraction for their own gain in the future.
